HABcore provides homeless families, veterans, and individuals with special needs with housing, meals, and nurturing support.
HABcore, Inc., by providing permanent housing and individualized support, helps homeless veterans, families with children, and individuals with special needs move through crisis to stability, giving them the opportunity to improve their lives.
Currently we provide a safe home for approximately 400 people, including 65 families that were previously homeless. According to the 2021 Point in Time Count, there is a total of 244 households, including 322 persons experiencing homelessness in Monmouth County, and 239 households including 366 persons in Ocean County. For almost 33 years, HABcore has been on the front lines of this issue and has been expanding to meet the growing needs of the most vulnerable in our community.
