Over 1200 people are homeless right now in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
HABcore now has 800 people living across Monmouth and Ocean counties, including families with 150 children. Residents represent a formerly homeless population of low-income families, veterans and individuals with special needs.

HABcore Inc., the Jersey Shore’s largest provider of permanent, supportive housing, announced the organization has purchased a 25-unit motel in Ocean County to serve as the first pet-friendly emergency housing for Ocean County residents who are experiencing homelessness. The property, which is undergoing repairs, will provide emergency housing for families and individuals. Guests will receive supportive services that will help them prepare for a place of their own.
