check presentation ceremony

The Red Bank Business Alliance (RBBA) held its meeting on Thursday at Neapoli Restaurant presided by Sam Jain, Board President and owner of the Bombay River restaurant.

First up was the presentation of an $8,000 check to the representatives of HABcore, a non-profit that provides permanent and supportive housing for homeless veterans, families, and individuals with special needs.

HABcore was chosen as the beneficiary of the RBBA’s annual New Year, New Flavour event held last January at The Molly Pitcher Inn.

Marta Quinn, HABcore’s Director of Fund Development and Community Outreach, said, “We’re about our community, we are the Red Bank village.  We take care of our people that live here and need our help.  I am so proud to be a partner with the Red Bank Business Alliance and thank them for their support.”
