Why I am a Hope Builder Sustaining Donor

HABcore's work in our community speaks to what I believe it means to be a neighbor: caring for everyone, offering dignity and respect without exception, and helping each of us live full and enriching lives. HABcore's professional staff supports those of us who need more assistance with a dedication and commitment I'd want my own family members to have.

I'm a donor because HABcore's work requires resources and relies on contributions from individuals and organizations. I used to give periodically, often at the end of the year, but realized that having consistent and reliable cash flow every month makes a huge difference to a nonprofit—just as it does for me personally.

I'm now on a monthly donation plan. HABcore can count on my unrestricted donation and use it however they need to. I can easily keep track rather than going back through my documents at the end of the year to confirm what and to whom I've given.

Things aren't getting easier for people who struggle, or for the nonprofits that serve them. Moving to a monthly donation is a way to let HABcore know that I'll support them reliably and consistently, just as they support the people they serve every day.
